Most importantly, a good number of the light skinned men and women hinted/remarked that they and/or their children were the victims of attempted sexual assault/sexually assaulted, and that their physical evidence of this was stolen/witnesses to this were threatened/disappeared, or they have physical evidence of/witnesses to this but the judge wouldn't look at it/take statements from the witnesses. When asked why not, they all reacted as if terrified/gagged/they'd said too much as it is.
One light skinned man and woman after another in Arizona, particularly the low to no income/homeless in Phoenix and Glendale, have stated that after filling out any applications requesting the race they prefer (since some are part this/part that or half this/half that) and selecting "white" or "oriental/asian" that they were mysteriously watched, followed, treated disrespectfully, and/or hassled eveywhere they went from local businesses, to medical facilities, to buses/bus stations, to parks, to houses/apartments, to motels/shelters, etc. to the streets, and this escalated over time resulting in myriad consequences (e.g., them being sued based on manufactured evidence).
Obviously, there is something seriously amiss with the judge/judges that this ever happened and continues to happen, and he/she/they need to be reviewed. I can't say whether you are being hindered from doing your job or don't want to do your job, because though AZCourts was notified previously, there's been no difference in anything other than the watchers, followers, disrespecters, and hasslers acting more obnoxious, smug, and devious.
